Estimated lead time is approximately four weeks after pre-orders close on 31 October.

Delivery takes approximately 2–3 days depending on location. Tracking updates will be posted in the private customer Telegram channel.

When can I place a pre-order?
Pre-orders open on 24 October 2026 and close on 31 October 2026 (Malaysia time). Orders cannot be placed on this demo site.
How long will my order take?
Production lead time is approximately four weeks after the pre-order closes. Shipping then takes around 2–3 days, depending on your location.
Can I exchange my jersey for another size?
Unfortunately, exchanges aren't available because every jersey is printed according to pre-orders and no extra stock is produced. Please check the size guide carefully before confirming your order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to West Malaysia is FREE. Delivery to East Malaysia costs RM10 per order.
When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking details will be forwarded through our private Telegram updates channel. The joining link will only be made available after successful order submission.
Can I add my name and number?
Yes! For RM8 per jersey you can print a number on the front and your name plus the same number on the back.
What if my jersey arrives damaged?
Please contact us with photos of the issue via our dedicated WhatsApp support link so we can review your case.
How can I pay?
Once the real website is live, you'll pay via our registered Hong Leong Business DuitNow QR to BULOH ENTERPRISE, upload your receipt, and wait for manual payment confirmation. The demo does not accept money.
